With friends to the mersey Legends Night Saturday to celebrate a birthday. we all had a great night, eating was good and service was great. the band was there and brought all up and danced. many rooms since it was not scratched as some places we were. it was very much satisfied customers to be and will certainly return.

Went here yesterday over night in hotel and spa we had the best day/night was made to feel so welcome and the place itself was great full English breakfast this morning too

My mother hired the Wentwood Suite for my fathers wake and I post this on her behalf to convey our thanks. The staff were easy to deal with at a tragic time, the options for the buffet were ideally suited and the room with its private bar was tastefully decorated, clean and set with neat white tablecloths and we were warmly greeted by the duty manager. The sandwiches, tea, biscuits and warm scones with jam and cream were delicious they all were eaten and many people commented on how nice it all was.

From the minute we entered the hotel we felt welcomed. The reception staff were pleasant and very helpful as were all the staff we came in contact with.My cousin and I had used another spa on the way to the hotel as we had left it too late to book treatments. But we were told we could use all the spa facilities which were very good. Our room was a twin deluxe, it was very clean with good quality bedding and comfortable beds. The lounge bar meal was delicious and good value for money. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice all dietry requirements. We would definitely stay here again.

We have just had our wedding, at the parkway(yesterday). We cannot praise the hotel and staff enough, nothing was too much trouble, and everything was perfect. The food was absolutely stunning, and the ceremony and function room were excellent. Particular praise must go to Andrew, our event coordinator, nothing was too much trouble, and he ensured the whole day ran smoothly. Well done the Parkway.
