Taco Bell - Cuyahoga Falls

I and my wife left this place at 10:56Pm to 12/16/2022. the young lady who took our order was very nice and pleasant, which I do not appreciate that the manager at this young lady cries to tell us to move forward, not only that, but after we are going to pay for our food my wife forgets to add a Mexican pizza, she asked if it was a problem that would add to the Mexican pizza. she asked her manager if she could add a Mexican pizza for our order because she was already in bad condition (she is the manager) we then scream from our car the manager and complain about us adding to the order, I'm sorry, I must have missed the goal of this device, I would have swear that it was to earn money, didn't know that we added more money into the order was so a problem. who replaced this manager or layer manager on duty requirements immediately and if I gave them a suggestion, I would suggest to promote the young lady in the window that took the commands, she remained calm and extremely polite the entire interaction even while she had seen from her higher up, when manager of five guys screamed and was a manager of several different institutions over my professional runway, which was absolutely the most disgusting of the I very much suggest that someone from her company seat contacted me.

NEVER gets the order right. Always Missing something. They need someone who works there just to check to make sure orders are correct

Whoever was working Saturday night (10/29-30/22)at around midnight was the nicest lady ever! Too bad Taco Bell is way overpriced. We rarely go anymore. We can eat anywhere else fast food cheaper than Taco Bell!.Food: 2/5

My quesadilla cheeses is never melted. Workers are rude almost every time I go there. Just please properly cook the quesadillas.

Waited at the counter for roughly 8 to 10 minutes. Noone spoke a word to me. There were 3 girls standing around talking about their personal lives, one of which worked the drive-thru. Finally a fourth employee appeared from the office and apologized for being short staffed. I looked at the other 3 girls then back at her and said "Oh? Uhhhh ok? (Like really? How dumb do I look? She rudely took my order. They had someone from the drive-thru come in because he ordered 4 party packs and the other 3 girls worked to fill that order but somehow they were short staffed when it came to taking my order. Between 5-5:15pm 10/22/22
