Starbucks - Cuyahoga Falls

My favorite starbucks. one of the managers even knows me with names and is always so nice

Not sure what happened to this location but it has become the worst Starbucks in the area. Bunch of confused, frantic, workers pumping out the wrong drinks at a miserably slow pace.

It's Starbucks, so you know what you're getting. The drive thru here can get pretty busy, but it moves well and the staff is friendly.

Insanity, at 12:00 pm we pulled into the drive though at 12:05 we got to the ordering speaker. At 12:26 we left after asking if anyone could hear us and recieved no response. There's a line of 5 people behind us. I think the employees just left. Starbucks needs to start paying better so their their employees aren't over worked and under paid.

I don’t go to Starbucks that much but every time I decide to stop at this one, there is always excellent service. Today Ms. Julia made my day with her excellent service and she was so polite even gave me some recommendations. Love starting my morning off right. Thanks for being you!
