Eurogyro Pickup Delivery

Placed a delivery order online. They never showed and now won't answer their phone!!

This location is closed on Sunday but I was told by the manager that someone would be there and could make my sheet pizzas for my grandsons party...showed up to get the pizzas and shocker, no one was there. Now I didn 't have any food for the party. If they couldn 't fill the order, they shouldn 't have taken the order. Will not be back.

Nearly every time I want to order something from them, they're either closed or their online ordering is turned off. And if you try calling them they might put you on hold forever because they don't want to actually take an order and do their jobs. If your really lucky, you might actually get to place an order but they probably won't have anyone to deliver it. I guess they don't actually want to make money. Seems like a weird business strategy.

It's hasn't been as good as I remember it was few years back when covid first hit it was amazing food I always got JoJo pizza and apple turnover which I miss the turnover btw. Where it go and wyf why it was good ah. Anyway the JoJo pizza needs to be hot ewie gooie and cooked better not as long or something it's always cold hard and blah when I get it now same with the other pizzas.. And the apple pizza is too messy too sweet and not the same as the turnover. Thanks.

The food is consistently not ready when it's supposed to be. I ordered online and they didn’t even start preparing it until I arrived 30 minutes later. They have a history of accepting online orders even when they're closed, and I've tried multiple times to get a refund. Ultimately, I had to go through my bank to resolve the issue. It’s clear that the management and ownership are lacking and don’t seem to care about their customers.
