Whenever they botch your order, they just shrug because they can't refund your purchase through the app. They've told me to come talk to the manager (who apparently leaves at noon and rarely shows up anyway) TWICE this week aboutwrong orders. My order apparently didn't go through whatever their trash system is, and somebody there told me the manager won'tallow them to make orders unless they have a ticket. I literally show them the order on my app, the time, the item, and thestore. They keep blaming the manager. It's a total joke, and I guarantee if I ever get to speak to the manager, they'll becompletely incompetent.
Rough morning at Dunkin' donuts, All I wanted was a coffee in a snack. Ordered the stuff bagel bites, At the drive-in window I could hear the employees making fun of my my order that that's all I was gonna get. For a bonus I also got a long dark hairunder the lid of my coffee. I guess this is the best we can expect from places like this these days.
America runs on Dunkin? Looks like america isn't running anywhere with how slow this Dunkin is. Took 16 minutes just to order my food at the drive through. There were 8 cars ahead of me. This coffee is made in large quantities and the food is thrown in a microwave oven for a minute. Why does it take 16 minutes just to order my food. Took another 8 minutes to get to the window to pay for my food. Then another 3 until my food was in my hand. How does it take me 27 minutes to order a sandwich and coffee? I have no clue but it is unbelievable.
Came here for a coffee but decided to get a new food item as well, it was the potato grilled cheese. I pull up to the window and the girl apologized saying the oven isn't working. She gave me a credit to use in the future for the inconvenience. I thought that was cool.
The server got my order wrong and when I pointed it out, she rudely dismissed me, saying it was not her problem. I reluctantly accepted the incorrect item to avoid any further issues. There was no manager to speak to about the situation, so I will not be returning to this restaurant.
