I am still about his manage, mindful and care to get my order right and make sure I have ordered what I needed! I can't wait to pick up my order and shake the hand of this young man. I hope bon evans knows what a great man they have. in a world where everyone is so eager. He took time to help me. very impressed customer here. I also called to talk to his manager. another amazing desire. thank you for being great people!
Currently sitting here. Waited 8 mins to be seated. 10 mins for drinks/to order. They have one poor girl working the whole floor running food phones checkout and seating people. This location has issues everytime I come for long seating times. Not because they're busy but because they never staff anyone on just cashier and seating. They really need a lesson in scheduling or hiring I have no idea. This isn't right to do to your workers or customers.
Just an average experience. I have had better experiences at other locations.Server was friendly, but on the slow side. Forgot things we asked for and had to ask for it multiple times, ie coffee creamer. Coffee wasnt hot either. Didn't get offered any refills.Also, food was barely warm, and so we asked for it to be warmed up. Food was slightly warmer second time, but barely. The Everything Breakfast tasted good, but too bad it wasn't hot.
The waitress and food were very good. Fairly quick and the food was good. The hostess flat out ignored our requests and literally sat us at the one place we requested not too sit. Other than that five stars.
Disappointed Bob Evans brand would not serve their own sausage links.Terrible and totally noticeable...waitress was surprised we called em on it. She said corporate cutting costs again...I guess Bob Evans brand charges its own stores too much for its own product?Corporate suicide.
