Bidra med feedbackZeche: 52 € General: Syrtaki is a Greek restaurant in the “Gastromeile” of Sahlenburg. Sahlenburg is the end of the world with regard to Cuxhaven. Once again at the end of the beach road there are few restaurants and one of them is the Syrtaki. Curious on unknown and through the website [here link] tempted, we went on the long way and we would have saved ourselves better. If you are stuck in Sahlenburg and want to eat something Greek, you have to go to Syrtaki. But only then. The restaurant was visited on Tuesday night on the terrace and in the conservatory. Mixed audience. I see the price-performance ratio with a decent three-star service: you may experience five male operators in a uniform dark outfit. The operator at the table perceived by me as an almost merciful address, found his continuation in the mimic of the entire crew. No laughing, smiling or even a lousy remark were to be heard. Everyone seemed rather nasty to do their job. Formally we were served flott and correctly. We were even told that two main dishes were too lavish after the appetizers we selected, whereupon we took a distance. The beverage prices are moderate: 0.3 l of Pils are charged with €2.40, 0.7 l of water with €5.00 and the open Greek standard wines come for the quarter to € 3.50. Also noteworthy is the favorable price of bottle wines: €9.90 for 0.75 l standard table wines of Greek origin. There was a cold ouzo for greeting and some sweetness for billing. For service only three stars. Food: We chose the large appetizer plate 9,50 € and the grilled octopus 8,00 €. The appetizer plate consisted largely of gurke, tomato, leaf salad, onion rings, and Pepperoni. If the very soft sheep's cheese and the filled wine leaves are removed from the can, a Klacks Tsatsiki, a Klack's low-taste Taramas and a little octopus salad with cane and canned tuna remain as a kitchen performance. So a rarely weakly occupied appetizer board, for which I can only give two stars. Better the grilled octopus: Two catching arms with good grill aroma with a sweet-cut iceberg salad that was barely made and you should leave better. Oil and vinegar were brought to us, the desire for the pepper mill was ruined. The rich bread very firm and crumby in the dough, not our case. One main dish consisted of lamb fillet with foil potato, garlic bread, tsatsiki and a side dish salad. Three strands lamb fillet well grilled and like adored medium. The foil potato with the tsatsiki a successful liaison and also the garlic bread was successful. The side salad with a sweet industrial cocktail sauce. The portion size was fine. In toto the kitchen gets three stars. Ambience: In summer, life plays on the terrace and in the winter garden. It's pretty crowded. The actual interior is characterized by the style of maritim: A large shipbug forms the eye-catcher, wood cladding, cloth tension at the ceilings. Podeste and ceiling beams make the right area appear low. If it storms outside, it may be cozy overall. Inappropriate to the maritime the very large, the walls “creating” Greek motifs. In total, not necessarily an overall carving. Towards the back two niches, which are obviously no longer used for hosting and acting strangely. The toilet modern and generous. Cleanliness: Nothing that stumbles into the critical eye.

The salat stood within 2 min., eating within 5 min!. to the service, the one can bring cutlery, the other only drinks and the third talking and cassing, coming to ask it is difficult....Durishing was that smoked in the front area, despite many children at the side tables.Essen is edible and inexpensive o.k.
There are better smells. the meat was very dry. the pommes were good. the service very unfriendly.
If you don't want to eat German every day, you will only have this grieche in sahlenburg. but: drive to groden or cux city. there are much better...Eat lukewarm, the salat as the hate would eat him, cold bude.
