When I rate them at four stars, it is in the context of value quality. Purchased two packages from van that was soliciting door to door. In both cases the food was frozen rock solid. The quality and variety of meat is enough that if there is something you don't like, it's no big loss to not eat it since the price is so low. The only meat we did not like was the steak, it was bristly, but consistent with meat at that price point.
