Bidra med feedbackWe came to noon when very few people were there. We had to wait longer than usual for our order it was not really filled. My son-in-law decided after dinner that he wanted to order 2 blizzards - what a FIASCO! It took for at least 30 minutes and EVERYONE in the restaurant was so crazy and got her orders wrong. It was one of the worst experiences we ever had-DON'T GO THERE. Maybe you want to train your people before you put them on the floor. I could add that is a tourist city and you should know what they are up to 8. June do!
It's not often I'd think about making a Dairy Queen review, but I have to mention the best food service manager I've ever seen. Went with my family 6/23 and the manager was amazing. She got orders super fast and even took time to check on my family (with a young child) if we needed something. I was super impressed by this person and she deserves a raise and at least a certain recognition that she is great at her job.
Because as busy as this place was the service was fast and food was great. Good job!
