Japones Bojosan - Cusco

So suppe was so comforting and delicious. we came here after a cold hike, and it left my high sickness a bit. only what I would change makes the nudges more chewing

Very nice and easy place to get a udon in cusco. the menu is short, which is beautiful, they created a good Japanese atmosphere, and the dishes are prepared before them. the cook was very friendly

Overall lowed this made udon specialized restaurant, it was as good as now, I made it.

My wife loves udon so we decided to eat in this restaurant which is 5 minutes to our hotel. seemeilen udon is made fresh, but it is not delicate, generally the taste is good.

Udon should be pretty straightforward however the noodles at this place seemed undercooked (even after asking to cook again) The broth is good but that's about it... Can be difficult to find Asian food in Cusco but would not recommend this place until they can figure out how to cook the noodles properly. Also they ran out of Japanese beer but charged the same price for local beer.
