Fusion Andina - Cusco

We had dinner here and were quite disappointed. The food was fine, but far from the delicious cuisine we had in other Cusco restaurants. Service was disappointing our server claims to speak English, but mislead us about the ingredients of one of the dishes we ordered. And when we asked him later a question about the food we were served, he answered with “one moment please”, went away and never came back.

Unbelievable food and atmosphere. I was interested in eating on one of the balconies above the Plaza de Armas and I found this place. They had a very nicely illuminated table with a view of the Plaza and immediately I was satisfied. When Brit was abroad, I had to try the Alpaca, I had the Stroganoff and also the Devil of the Alpaca, which were both great. But the glue of a man who really holds this place was Juan, who is very attentive and very nice and has spoken incredibly good English (Despite his demanding nature for me to write this review about him) highly recommended.

We were quite impressed with this place! Great live music We had soups and a steak. All very nice. Beer only 7 soles. Prices average so we were happy, cheaper than others. The service was great too and not a long wait at all!!

Dropped in for lunch, food choice was fairly extensive. We tried the Trout and Peruvian chicken. Both tasted great but it look a long time to arrive. Very good value for money though
