Local Kitchens - Cupertino

Perhaps we have ordered ourselves to a really switched-off day, but we have not understood why this place is rated so high. we ordered a sushirrito that tasted less than fresh, a grilled cheese (which was tasty and the highlight of the meal), and knock, which was unusable bad lukewarm, glued together and rotten tasting. both of us also spent the night to almost midday the next day fighting over the bathroom in our hotel room. we are not coming back.

I ordered Asian Box (Pork). The food was really bad. It looks like all the veggies are not fresh and rice is rock hard. Even fish source smells like rotten fish!! It seems that all the ingredients are quite old. DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD FROM LOCAL KITCHENS!!!

Love this place! So many options there's something for everyone. We went with Saaj vegan plate and Senor Sisig burrito. Both very good. Seating outside open or order takeout online or on the order screens there.

So many different great choices here. My go-to is the tosilog burrito with added cilantro cream sauce from the Senior Sisig menu. The fried egg inside just adds so much, and the rice pork is so flavorful unlike a lot of other burritos. Usually I have to add guacamole to make it less bland and dry, but I actually prefer this burrito without guacamole.

Super unique concept and I love that you can choose popular foods from 8 different restaurants! The customer service is seriously top notch and they really go out of their way to help and communicate if you have any questions. I'm docking 1 star because of the wait time though. Unfortunately, we were told it was only a 10 minute wait, but it ended up being closer to 45 minutes. That was a little frustrating, but understandable since they are cooking so many different items for totally different menus. The greatest thing here is that you can order items from all the different restaurants in one transaction. Super convenient the food was delicious!
