Interesting new restaurant that offers pick-your-own-ingredients dry pot. You pick anything you want from the meat and vegetable selection, choose your spicy level, and they cook it into a pot for you. Note that spice level is pretty high here, I usually get medium spicy level in most restaurants, but here mild is at about the same level. The frog legs were really plump and tender, that was the best thing I tried. The tofu skin, however, was very dry and tough, do not recommend this ingredient if you like the soft kind. Was a shame since tofu is my favorite protein. Servers are very friendly! But make sure you have cash. I don't know if it's strictly cash only but they really didn't want to take my credit card. Also is on the pricey side, my pot was slightly more than one serving's worth for me, and was $23.50 pre-tip.
Lots of red pepper and black pepper for medium spicy pot
They reopened for takeout! They give you gloves and food still tastes just as good!
It's the only DIY dry pot place I can find around me so I don't have much choice, but thankfully I find it good enough. There's a good selection of noodles too. I recommend their pork chop noodles 红烧排骨面 its broth is divine. A few problems to be aware of: About half of all menu items are marked as not available. Looks like they are still in the process of finalizing their menu. Service is a bit too enthusiastic to my liking.
