Waffle House - Cumming

Horrible service. We were the last ones sat when we were the first people there. Not friendly, especially this one woman, and very inconsiderate. They sat everyone that got there 10-20 minutes after us way before us.

Very good food. Our server was attentive without being overly hovering. She asked all the right questions and helped us keep a tidy table. The food was very good and the hashbrowns were cooked perfectly. Very good experience.

Waffle House is a fine establishment for fast excellent food at very reasonable prices. Great work!

This location is hit or miss...we ate here for dinner 4 nights ago and it was fantastic. Ate here tonight....some food was raw, while some was burned, and some was floating in grease.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went in to grab a to go order for my mother in law and asked if they had a call in or online order under her name. They said no, so I then explained how I wasn't sure if she called in or not, but I told them that I knew what she wanted. They all walked away and didn't come back over to help me. I worked in the restaurant business for almost a decade, so for someone who works in the industry to say the service is awful, that's saying something. There were maybe 4 tables in there so it wasn't that they were too busy to get to me right away. The cook was the only helpful one, addressing me as soon as I walked up. The other 2 waitresses were just lingering around as he asked how he could help me. He said one of the waitresses would take my order, then they all 3 walked away.
