As a previous employee I can suggest people do NOT eat at this restaurant. The new owner John is a horrible manager and treats his employees poorly by accusing them of stealing food. This place is constantly filled with employees not following proper food handling protocol and the new owner John does nothing about it except sit in the back office. This restaurant has been shut down several times due to sewer back up in BOTH bathrooms. There has been only 1 operational fryer for almost a year. Shakes are not being treated properly for people with peanut allergies. This place needs serious work and needs to be shut down until proper ownership can be found. Employees are being abused by corporate and ownership and accusing of things unimaginable.

I moved down south from NE in 2020 and lived near steak and shake for almost 3 years now. Yesterday I gave this place a try and it did not disappoint. It beats all other fast food burger joints and to top it off with a variety of shakes available. Man how did I not visit earlier. I will be getting more occasionally.

Went through the drive-thru and the girl forgot one of my meals and had to go in to get it she had already gave it to the people behind us and had to wait another 5 plus mins for it and all four milk shake was already melted by the time she gave them to us we waited in line for over 20 mins in the drive-thru and 5 to 10 mins in store so 25 plus mins for 3 hamburgers and fries and 4 milk shake will not be going back happened on June 28 2024

Good location, good food for the price. Value and quality
