Bidra med feedbackQueso blanco (white) was anything but. Super thick and had obviously been sitting there since God knows when. You could scoop it with a fork and it wouldn?t drip. The steak was swimming in grease which made our quesadillas super soggy and swimming in grease. Like other reviews before me the staff seemed put out to have to deal with the public. The dining room was an absolute mess at 3:00. Good all over the floor. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt figuring they probably had a busy lunch rush but all staff but 2 were in the back just hanging out while the other two begrudgingly assisted the public. Most all of the sofa was out and no ice in the machine. We hadn?t visited a Chipotle in years and likely won?t again.
I have not been to a Chipotle in several years. I had a $10 gift card through my work and I was very excited today to order my burrito bowl for lunch today. I told the lady at the register I had a gift card on my phone to scan. I scanned the barcode on my phone, the payment device lit up as it accepted my payment payment. It turns out the person at the registered did not enter it as a gift card, she could not figure it out and called her manager over. He had her ring it up as a gift card which she had not and he did not understand that the payment had already been taken off of my gift card. All he would tell me is that it had been declined on their side. Lunch was good but not worth paying for it twice. I used my credit card to pay and that didn't want to go through, technical glitch it seemed before it went through. I will not be going back there anytime soon. I will use my remaining gift cards at other restaurants. So disappointed in Chipotle.
For the past 4-5 weeks, various organizations have been set up under a tent next to the entrance of this Chipotle, and are actively soliciting donations. I come here almost every day for lunch, and they hassle me every time I enter and exit the building. The first 6-7 times, I tried to communicate with them Not today, I 'm short on time and just trying to get some food . After awhile I gave up communicating. I have been solicited for money ~40 times in the past month if both entering/exiting are included. Upon exiting after getting my food, they will usually yell at me all the way across the parking lot for money. Hey, sir?! Sir! HEY, YOU IN THE GREY SHIRT!!! I 'm tired of it. Today, I decided I am not going to go to this Chipotle anymore. There was no black beans, the pinto beans were crunchy and half-cooked, this is experience is not worth $10, and is no way to run a business. Soliciting on commercial property is usually illegal for this reason.
I ordered double steak burrito and the mindless dozens of teens running the store didn't bother to read and follow simple instructions. Also requested sour cream and corn salsa and neither of them were on the burrito at all. I got a small burrito with literally SOME steak, rice, and cheese, not what I ordered. The restaurant was mostly empty and there were more employees than customers. There was hardly any steak at all which I got ripped off for by both the absurd $6 upcharge price and the fact I didn't receive double meat. Never coming back here.
Found a whole piece of avocado inside the bowl. Literally hard as a hockey puck too. If I wanted hard, inedible avocados I?d go to Walmart. The black beans were hard too, way undercooked. Please be better guys
