Cumming Ga location. The service their is becoming worse and worse. The prices are a joke for a small seasonal salad and three tablespoons of chicken salad and a drink! $14 dollars and they have the nerve to have an option to tip!!! Get real! Bad service, dining room needs TLC. You make your own drink and clear your own tray up. What an embarrassment to yourselves!

Absolutely disgusting! Received my door dash order with bugs in it and sat on hold with a shift supervisor for 20 mins. This is absolutely unacceptable. I use to be a restaurant manager and the unwillingness or lack of caring they did to resolve this just shows how restaurant management has gone down. I have reported this to an old friend with the Food and Safety department. Always check your food before eating it. This restaurant should be shut down for a few days and retrain their employees on cleanliness and food safety.Update: I emailed the info at chicken salad chick and still no response. No response from the district manager. This franchise is definitely on my never eat at again list. They do not care about your concern or safety.

Overall I love Chicken Salad Chic, however I was very disappointed yesterday after receiving several emails about the Mother's Day promotion, you were under prepared for the promotion. You are opened until 8pm but by 5 pm you only 3 choices left and you didn't offer rain checks. So basically working Mother's are not worth your Promotion

Great selection of soups and salads. Staff is very friendly.
