Bidra med feedbackVery sweet spot. Loved the Mexicano (American spice chocolate) and cool back avenue terrace vibes.
We still buy our morning coffee there, but recently there were some idiots sitting on the terrace, running loose with their dogs and smoking some idiots with children nearby. We're buying our coffee now and sitting in the little village park that's pleasant, but we shouldn't just have to move about some clowns.
This restaurant is a great spot to stop for a coffee and pastries before hitting the road or catching a train. They also have delicious smoothies that I didn't have a chance to try this time, but will definitely be on my list for my next visit.
As soon as we passed this little place, I knew I had to stop there and it became my morning ritual on the trip. You have some of the unique coffee items I have seen including a Mexicana (with Cayenne pepper and whip) and Cubano...coffee (with condensed milk). A great place to repair your caffeine.
Our family needed a mid-afternoon coffee break and our typical Cumberland stop the Wandering Moose happened to be closed, so we sauntered half a block down the street to the Cumberland Grind. The tiny stop has a huge menu, and between the 6 people in...our group we tried the Americano, misto, iced coffee, iced with almond milk, and the Mexicano with whip. They were all delicious, but the highlight was the Desert Rose tea. Amazing! Take note: they don 't take MasterCard, and it doubles as a Poke stop.
