Service is rude at times especially to someone w/ a disability. The flavors are stagnant and seems like Menchies offers wider variety and easier access to toppings. Hard to reach them or next to impossible. The glass top is hard to get under. Staff don't care. Make sure to use App. For points. Can not order ahead here.Wheelchair accessibility: None!

They never have hot fudge and they never have all their flavors. All the toppings are stale and hard.

HiJust made a purchase1) Why is the beautiful young lady long black ponytail (cashier) texting back and forth while at work like her life depends on it tho’???????2)Why Do the windows have a dried film/layer of IDK, it’s white and dried up on the front windows especially the entrance door ?.Where is this film from and what is it?3)The Bananas are Waaaaay BROWN as like please throw away brown and pls do NOT INGEST brown .I luv Yogurtland, won’t be patronizing this location again. I’m both disappointed and bummed out ? it’s right down the street from my cleaners The Cleaning Club.

The health department needs to close this location, it is filthy. It's been like this the last 4 months and no fresh fruit.
