Bidra med feedbackThe brunch menu is great and well priced $21 bottomless mimosas, yes please! and this is probably my new go-to brunch spot. I’ve also been for dinner and the pasta was delicious and the wine was tasty! I sat outside both times and found the ambience to be great for a fun brunch or cozy dinner.Pros: Great atmosphere, outdoor dining is a plus, servers are very nice and the food is delicious. Wine was great and the mimosas at brunch were a nice mix of OJ/champagne. Prices are very reasonable!Cons: Service is slow. I’m not sure if this is a staffing problem, flow problem or something else but it takes too long to get water, drinks, appetizers or even the server to initially show up? I had to stop someone during both the brunch and the dinner to check on things after waiting for awhile .For brunch: Bottomless mimosas wasn’t from a carafe at the table or refill at the table. The server has to take your glasses and bring back new ones. This seems like a huge waste of time for servers and a waste of glassware as well.Overall I really recommend!
They have 50% cocktails menu during April to celebrate their new lounge bar. Very cozy atmosphere and nice seating arrangements! Drinks are top notch, and service is fantastic. Pricy without the discount, but it's a bourgeoisie place so that's expected. Parking: Parking is directly across from the location.
I used to be a frequent customer, but they mad disrespected me. Id talk with the servers and be chill with them. Right now I bought take out and while I was waiting for my ride to come. I made the horrible decision to sit down at one of their tables and start eating. Tell me why 'd the boss come through and kick me out talking about this is dine in only when it 's an empty restaurant. And I literally just bought their food. putting in an arbitrary rule when I 'm not even loitering I just bought the food. Lowkey could be racially motivated. I knew Ugo back when he was the owner, and from speaking with the employees and seeing how there 's high turnaround. This place went downhill. The food expensive, gotten worse too, and bad service.
A happy hour with great deals. Ugo states that this location is the only Italian restaurant on the westside of los angeles that is vpn certified for authentic neapolitan pizza. This shows especially in their dough, where the crust is like a fluffy naan. While the bottom of the pizza can become soft over time, the flavors are delicious. The fried calamari is fresh, worth getting. Skip the fried portobello mushrooms. Yummy gelato
This was my first time at Ugo Cafe and I was very impressed. The service excellent our servers were very attentive and nice. We sat outside with a group and was accompanied by a gentleman playing a his guitar. We then moved to the lounge...loved loved loved it! Our bartender excellent. I will definitely be back again and can't wait to go back! Oh and their happy hour menu bomb! Parking: I felt safe in the parking structure it was also very clean. What I love most is I had the choice of paying with a credit card or cash.
