Holey Grail Donuts - Culver City

WOW WOW WOW!!! My new favorite destination! Made of taro and cooked in coconut oil no nasty toxic seed oils…. I absolutely LOVE !!I came here hungry after a hike and almost devoured all of them. So fresh as they’re made to order. I will visiting every weekend for sure!! Cannot rave enough about my new find!! Yummmmmmmm!!!!

I'm about to make a bold statement, but... I think I found my new favorite donut spot. *Gasp*. I know, there are a lot of donut shops and a lot of good ones, but this one is something special. LOOK AT THE FLAVORS. I mean, we got the assortment box and were blown away by every single one. There was no weak link, they were all equally spectacular in their uniqueness. They are made to order, coming hot n fresh out the kitchen, and the flavors hit you on every bite. The taro gives it such a wonderful consistency. Not as dense as a cake donut, and not as airy as a regular donut, they were perfect. Also, their chai latte was so different in the best way possible. They make their own nut milk, a blend of cashew and coconut, that is so tasty. I was concerned that it only comes iced because I like my lattes hot, but it was such perfection, just like their donuts. Another of everything, please.

Whoa we were just in Oahu in November and had a taste of these donuts for the first time. Fast forward til now and finding out there's a pop up in WLA ! YAY! located at the corner where the Platform Park is, there are plenty of outdoor spaces for you to enjoy your donuts! We decided to share the tasting box of 4 donuts for $12. These are taro flour donuts and it is a bit more dense. It's better to enjoy them fresh and warm! The flavors we got were: Acai Bowl, Miso Honey, Chaga Chai, and Lilikoi. My favorite was the acai bowl with PB and shredded coconut and the Lilikoi passion fruit. You also get $5 off when you order through their website as a first time customer. Since we are hardly out on the Westside, we decided to get 2 more donuts with the promo. We got the Island Chocolate and an Original into the belly it went. Happy donut bellies!
