I dont know how you manage to make an iced mocha latte taste like coconut water, but they did

Ham and Swiss Ham Swiss Croissant Stuffer was slightly burnt

We ordered two bagels, lightly toasted, with plain cream cheese. Both bagels were HIGHLY burnt, one bagel had extra cream cheese while the other had almost none. I feel like bagels really aren't that difficult to manage. This is the second time in a row we've ordered from them where the bagels were burnt.I guess that's why they're famous for donuts coffee, and not bagels.

It’s a bunch of teens and they think it’s funny to pull pranks!! They put soap in several customers drinks. They spit and put their armpit hair into blended drinks. I’ve seen it with my own eyes!!! Especially if a customer is another teen then they’ll mess with the food!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Management has no idea that they do this!!! Management needs to fire all the teens there!!!

The breakfast sourdough is consistently delicious and the coffee was prepared correctly. I am giving 4 stars because one of my items was missing from my order, but the issue was quickly resolved and refunded by DD.
