Chick-fil-a - Culpeper

I really don't eat out much and when I do it's usually not here but my kids love chick fil a so we recently went and it wasn't as good as I remember it once being. I no longer get french fries. I got the chicken sandwich and it wasn't good at all it waslike it wasn't cooked long enough so I didn't eat it. But one thing about this fast food restaurant is the Mac n cheese!!! It isabsolutely amazing especially for a fact food restaurant. It truly tastes homemade ???? I recommend it to any and everyone! Theprices are VERY high!! It's absolutely ridiculous how high their food is! But I do enjoy that mac n ch????????

Walked in to order.. not only did they get our order wrong, granted that was an easy fix but they got my fiances name wrong. It's only three letters. On top of that this is normally a quick place to get food. Service was slow and when they brought itout our fries were dropped on the floor. Questioning about coming back to this one or going somewhere else.

Please train your staff to be more responsive to Customers and online couriers alike. Waited 10 mins for an online order and no one even acknowledged me or what I was there for. Staff made eye contact with me several times and kept going on about theirday. A simple. Hi, have you been helped yet? would suffice.

The staff was really helpful and friendly! I ordered my food and the person that was taking my order took it correctly because I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and it didn?t come with them so props for that! Everybody was working hard and doing a greatjob especially one person. Kiersten who was doing the dining room was efficient, friendly, hard working and energetic. She wouldmove from one spot to the next making sure the dining room was spotless for customers to come to and dine in. Overall experiencewas amazing. I recommend this place 100%!

They really need to work on their customer service, I have been there twice since they have opened back up, The first time we waited 20 to 30 minutes for two shakes, and again today placed our order, and waited over 30 minutes for two shakes,and no oneasked what we are waiting for while we were standing there, I get that it is busy, but when I see them handing out shakes topeople who ordered after us, and then when we tell them that we are waiting for them, they cant find our order on the screen,we already had our food, so the people that were in expo knew we were waiting for two shakes they say ice cream was backed upand have only one ice cream machine, so by the time we got our shakes our food was cold. I worked in fast food so I know how itis when it gets busy, but if I see a customer still standing there waiting for something I would ask them immediately, and fixit right away for them. The customer service really needs alot of work.
