Starbucks - Cullman

This is my absolute FAVE Starbucks throughout the state! The baristas are so incredibly nice, they take care of you and if you don't like your drink, they will always do it right. I had a problem where I was given cold foam instead of just the sweet cream and I called it, came back and I were so apologetic and made sure it was okay before I left. They are very merciful and I know it's strange, but sometimes I tell them my problems and I hope they don't mind. Ashley is a great GM. And I give my props to Storm because I am an absolutely inexplicable person who always takes care of me. Thank you. Seriously, visit these peeps

Today was a good day, definitely a thankfully tiring day though! I went to the window and asked for a coffee recommendation, I was so ecstatic as the sweet Gen-Z girl I'm pretty sure she was in Z. She had a crew neck and a plaid shirt underneath. Not something that this Millennial mom would wear, but very sweet! offered to make me something and I didn't even have to make a decision! I'm moving up, she's giving me a hot coffee. I don't like hot coffee, but she was sweet, I was tired and the kids were curvy so I could take it. It was the best I got from this store. I drank every sip and regretted not to annoy my drink! I took a photo so I can remember how to order it next time Honestly the sweet worker and delicious coffee was such a blessing.

The atmosphere is fantastic and the crowd is lovely! I always have a wonderful experience and enjoy great conversations with the baristas.

The sweetest drive-thru employee I've ever encountered! I frequently stop by on my way to work, and I wish I knew her name. She's always friendly and greets me with a big smile! Thank you for being so wonderful! Plus, the coffee is always bursting with delicious flavors!

I was greeted with friendly service, but I was disappointed that the lobby was closed. There should be clear signage indicating that only the drive-up service is available. The only sign I saw at the door mentioned changed hours. The drive-up line was quite long, but it moved fairly quickly.
