Bidra med feedbackSimply the best BBQ in North Alabama, and I am with Jim Nicks, and the no longer good Johnny 's (which was great back in the 1970s, but has fallen on the bottom of the barrel, 50 years later) the only thing I taste from this fabulous BBQ in Southern Hickory as a perfect 10, is that they (strandely) add Mayonnaise to a BBQ Sandwich if not BBQ
This is a certain type of BBQ. Schredded, with the vinegar-based sauce. The price is very reasonable and the quality is consistent. I love making BBQ sandwiches.
This place has been there since I was a little kid until I remember. And in my opinion, any other bbq potato in Cullman. Staff could be a little more friendly. But it's always so good. 10/10 recommend!
At first I had a good experience and it was a nice place to get food. I have the pulled pork plate with one side of chips and potato salad. I had a big sweet tea to drink with the meal. At first the pulled pig was not the greatest thing I ever had, but all in all it was really good pork. Don't forget to ask for BBQ sauce, and although the pig didn't need it, I missed it. Second, the potato salad, I just want to say that this was the best potato salad I've ever had. And I was honestly disappointed that I didn't get any more. Finally and most important is tea. While it wasn't my favorite tea because I like crazy sweet tea, it was far better than some places I got tea from. I'll try again. Absolutely. I get something else, probably. (Except, of course, for potato salad. But for my time and 10 dollars it was a very delicious lunch.
This was my first time trying this place and I am so glad I did! I got the pulled pork potatoe and my friends got the pulled pork sandwhich plates. They gave a lot of food and it was really good for a great price. All 4 of us ate and it was under $30. The service was very friendly and very fast as well.
