Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cullman

Great choice for locals and travelers by Cullman, AL. Always love their red beans and rice. Clean and well maintained facilities. Good service. And in addition, this restaurant holds a reserved table in honor of military service staff, sponsored by Popeye's Franchise and Co located Chevron.

When we got our meal, we were eating and one of the staff was in the dining area with their friend, we could tell other customers how inappropriate and unprofessional was. I went up and talked to one of the other employees who said they were talking to her. When I went up to get a bag, the girl who went out with her boyfriend started laughing at me. So disgusting!!!!

I wouldn't recommend going to those Popeyes! We are here several times and it is always so slow!! Today we went there and when we went up to the speaker, the lady asked us to stop... we waited 5 minutes and said you're ready? She said safe ..was rude in the window and when she returned the card after payment, she just turned away and didn't even give a reception or say thank you! Ridiculous customer service. This is the last time I was wasting my money here.

It took 15 minutes to get my food and ask for fresh fries, and she said she was as fresh as normal. Old and not fresh. Terrible attitude.

Went here at lunch today and got poor service . Staff had bad attitudes and my tea I ordered was not sweet like I ordered. If this is the way customers get treated ,will not be around for long. Will not be back period. So disappointed.
