Tres Estrellas - Cuenca

I went to the three-star restaurant quoted in Cuenca on Calle Larga. I really love the place, it is well decorated and makes you feel comfortable. It also has an excellent service, they are friendly and quick to use. It has a moderate cost and the court I loved most was guinea pig. Accompanied with potatoes, mote, egg and salad I loved it very well.

Our guide reccommended us this restaurant. He comes here with his family to eat traditional guinea pig. I have to say it was very tasty, not to compare with any other meat. This restaurant is popular with locals so it is well wort a visit for authentic local food. The ambiente is very nice with lots of old stuff on the walls

First time trying cuy, recommended by my profesora. Tasty food and pleasant waiters. Definitely recommended for anyone interested in trying delicious food.

We went because we heard this was the place to try cuy in Cuenca. We only wish we knew beforehand how long it takes to prepare it! We’d recommend calling ahead of time so it is ready when you arrive
