Bidra med feedbackStopped here for a quick snack and ordered the vegan taco. They had a few other vegan options too. The taco was nice and flavorful with a creamy avocado sauce.

Every time I'm in Cuenca, I make it a point to stop by and enjoy some arepas with Nobles. She is always friendly and ready to help meet our needs with whatever ingredients she has in the kitchen. Whether it's just a simple salad or some boiled potatoes for a light meal, everything is delicious. Their arepas are the best I've ever had and I love supporting them in their efforts to run a successful business. They even offer vegan options, which can be hard to find in Ecuador. The spicy sauce they serve is a highlight of the meal. I am grateful to support small businesses run by people who have a passion for what they do.
Whenever I am in Cuenca, I always make sure to visit Edelis to enjoy some arepas. She is extremely kind and always goes out of her way to help fulfill our requests using the ingredients available in her kitchen. Whether it's a simple raw salad or cooked potatoes for a lighter meal, Edelis always delivers. Her arepas are hands down the best and incredibly tasty! I enjoy supporting her because she puts so much love and effort into her food, and works tirelessly to keep her business running smoothly. She is even working on introducing vegan options, which is quite a challenge in Ecuador. Additionally, her spicy sauce is truly special. I am grateful to support a small business run by someone who has a passion for cooking and brings joy to their customers.
I absolutely loved this establishment - it is one of the top vegetarian-friendly restaurants in the city. Additionally, the owner is incredibly friendly!
