Sheridan's - Cudahy

I stopped in sheridan on Saturday 7/18/15 for lunch. I had asked to sit in the section of my daughter (which was a server there). After years of her service, I thought she could serve me this day. the hostess told me not to worry; everywhere I sat, they would have been taylor's server. the hostess even brought me the coffee I had requested. taylor asked the hostess and a waitress if she could take a break and eat with me. they said yes, the waitress who gave her the permission came by and reminded taylor of her table. Great food. here on Friday night, steak was delicious, clam chowder was good, fish fry was okay and cheese torte dessert was also great. very beautiful place, good atmosphere. I would definitely visit again.

We stayed last night for dinner, eating was great, having to be the new cook, we tried a few apps all were delicious, escape the short nativity served with homemade pasta and mushroom sauce was really good. as the atmosphere is very casual, but beautiful.

Mother's Day celebrations. I sung with sheridan’s more often, then I can count! I was so glad to see how busy it was on Mother's Day. I tell you, they were packed into the fools! to work in the service industry itself, I know how important it is to keep up in time. reading some of these other reviews makes me disappointed by people. it is very obvious that they have never worked in a restaurant on a busy day like, Mother's Day or Ostern....or in a restaurant period. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. It had been a few years since we were last there so we decided to go again for Mother's Day, there would be 6 of us. Two of our party were running a little behind (5-10 minutes). They would NOT seat the other 4 who were there until we all got there. Once we were seated we were notified they were ready to give our table away if we ALL would not have shown up. We did not all get our food at the same time, it came in 3 batches. Along with the one waitress we had, who was very good, we also had at least 3 other wait staff interrupting us asking if we needed anything or if they could take our dishes.
