At 12:45, a waitress brings us back our trays but everything is cold! We're pointing to her and she's leaving with the fries and sandwiches. About 12:55, we're back in the order. This time it's hot but my wife doesn't have the burger she ordered. I'll take him back to the counter and explain the situation to the waitress who picks up the sandwich and puts it in the trash. I stay close to the counter and notice that we are not alone in this case like this man who ordered a triple cheeseburger bacon but in which there is no bacon!! This sandwich will go in the same trash as my wife's sandwich!! What a waste! After a few minutes, the waitress gives me a new sandwich for my wife. I go back to the table and when I finally get ready to eat, I find that I too, I don't have the ordered burger (a panty and square thing, probably fish). I go back to the counter again and that burger ended up in the trash too. At 1:13, the hot sandwich I ordered was finally recovered. We were three, but each one ate separately. We intended to order desserts after the meal but in view of the service, we left without taking them.
