Subway - Crystal Lake

I stopped this subway while I ran customer jobs, and I was impressed. This subway is larger than usual, clean and in a great location. I ate in the facility. This was the first time my sandwich was prepared and put in a basket! No paper unwrapping.. I've never seen that before. The participant mentioned that all subway restaurants should do this. They don't. The food was good underground. The staff was friendly and smiling. What can you ask for more? Very recommended.

I can't wait for them to get beef again but I think this particular subway is a lot better than the other ones I have been to.

I've been eating at this subway since I've lived in Crystal Lake, and I've ALWAYS been pleased by their food and service. Do keep in mind this is a SUBWAY restaurant, where EVERY SANDWICH is made to order, so if you are in a hurry, it might not be a good place to visit. But there is plenty of seating, a good staff, and basically Subway sandwiches are as good as you are in terms of putting together a sandwich YOU want to eat. I've never had a bad meal here, and I will often stop and pick-up a sandwich to bring with me to eat at work. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic Subway! I hadn't been in a while due to the pandemic and since I wasn't close to this location, but I happened to be in the area and decided to grab four subs. They were made to perfection, just like always. The staff is always very friendly, no matter when you visit.

Metro in Crystal Lake on Route 14 is our favorite location. I always request extra vegetables, and the freshness of the food is impressive. I recently had a 12-inch sub and enjoyed every bite, especially the generous amount of veggies. The app offers a points system that we love. Today, we ordered two foot-long subs and were able to take advantage of a promotion. We've been loyal customers for a few years, especially after switching from another city where they weren't as generous with their toppings. The staff is quick and always accommodates our special requests. We’re regulars here, and it’s definitely worth visiting this place!
