Panda Express - Crystal Lake

I don't read these reviews, I feel like this place saw us coming and made special effort for us. The food was fresh and hot and plentiful. I had enough shrimp, enough chicken and more than enough food. I noticed that the people who served in the front line watched the level of food in each pan and then told the chefs what came for refilling. They cook it only in time for a refill, put it on the line. Also noticed that when the chefs left, there were alarms over the kitchen area to monitor temperature and timing and call the chef when something needed attention. The shrimps in the shrimps with honey and walnuts were 100% perfectly cooked. We thought the food was delicious, better than many eat in Chinese places in the area. Wayyyyy better. Selection excellent. Service pretty fast and efficient. Price points? A real value. I'd go anytime.

When I worked in the area, I would sometimes order to pick up from here and I always enjoyed my meals! The food was very good and warm when I got it and I was never disappointed by my orders. Once they ran out of an article I wanted and were nice enough to call me and ask what I would like to replace the product. They could have gone and gave me something else, but they were nice enough to let me know and ask me what I wanted. If I'm ever back in the area and in the mood for fast Chinese food, I'm sure to stop here!

No lines. The food was hot. Normal prices. Friendly staff.
