Kumi Sushi - Crystal Lake

Eating was pretty good. the rolls I ordered were delicious. I ordered the volcano roll (which I originally thought it was the stacked on sushi roll art, but I think this is the super volcano roll,) and the crazy salmon roll. I also ordered the scallops sashimi who were decent. they had a light fishy taste, but the salmonashimi was delicious. for dessert I tried the ovulating and it was surprisingly good! it had some sweet red beans on pudding to a beautiful texture compliment for the smooth pudding. the presentation about it was slandered. I wish they presented it as beautiful as they do for their sushi roles. it was placed in a plastic dish that was underwhelmed after the beautiful presentation of the main dish. the service was nice and not too busy. the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which is perfect after a long flight.

Absolutely love the teriyaki dishes, can not recommend enough. also not bankrupt.

Delicious sushi! one of the better in crystal lake. always fresh fish and perfectly made rice. perfect salmon. the service is a plus, very nice and polite. the restaurant is clean. I will go back there for more!

Came and got 3 rolls. california roll, alaska roll and spicy salmon roll. I like that the rolls do not come with an excessive amount of rice and have a decent amount of meat. the ingwersalat was delicious, but I wish I had a bigger part. I really didn't cost the wrong suppe, but that could be personal preference. the service was okay, but I didn't understand my server. still a good experience if and would come back

My daughter sent me a Happy Birthday lunch and it put such a smile on my face! Happy birthday written on all of the containers, on the bag, mochi ice cream and an adorable Lucky keychain! Kumi.....you guys really made my day! Thank you so much!
