Bidra med feedbackThe waitress was very stressed out from some reason and pretended we had harassed her. Eating was okay, but my pancakes seemed a bit gummy and old. I thought they would make pancakes with each order fresh, but I guess my was from the beginning of the morning. fit them at this place and meet them mcdonalds. thanks for reading and stay blessed.
Double checked online before making the drive. We just got off a plane having traveled over 30 hours with small kids! Absolutely furious that the 24 hours was even confirmed “4 days ago” by the restaurant.Sign on the door says hours “open 6am to 9:30pm”.I’ll never come back here even when they are open. DO NOT ADVERTISE your business as being open when it is not.
Bad service. Our server was horribly rude ive never had bad service in my life like this before! I asked for pepperjack cheese on my burger comes and hands me my burger and there is American cheese. I brought this up to her and she goes oh yeah thats right!! And she broughy my burger back in the kitchen and comes back to me and says it will be five minutes. When I waited 20 minutes for my food. I recently asked for a pepsi didnt get it until my meal was served to me. Just horrible and unprofessional service. I went to go pay for my bill and she had to dig out of her pocket for money. Unbelievably unprofessional.
Worst experience ever. Waitress was rude while serving us and we did not tip because of her attitude and she chased us into the parking lot swearing at us and harassing us. Absolutely worst location ever. NEVER GO HERE
Today, we ordered a Southwest Chicken Bowl. Asked for the tomatoes on the side, no bacon, and rice pilaf instead of hash browns. The waitress came up to us and said that the cook made our order wrong ... he added the tomatoes and the bacon. So, very patiently we waited again for our food. Finally, after 1-1/2 hours of waiting, our food was served. The order was wrong AGAIN. This time tomatoes were on the side and no bacon, which was fine. BUT, the cook forgot to add the scrambled eggs and the rice pilaf! We were really ticked off at the whole experience. So we ate what we could, which was a very small amount. Oh but the waitress said that she could have the cook make our eggs and rice pilaf to go. WHAT? Wait again, and who knows for how long? So, the waitress told the manager, Alenjandra what happened. All she did was give us a 20% discount. Why did she even charge us for this meal that was not our fault? Should have been free or we should have been given discount vouchers for our next visit, which now, is never going to happen. This I-Hop used to be managed by Jody, then by Sydney, who were really great at their jobs. Now, this girl, Alenjandra, from Mexico comes in and tries to manage a restaurant, in which she cannot do. My advice is to stay away from the Crystal Lake, IL I-Hop. They have a very quick turnaround of employees.
