Buffalo Wild Wings - Crystal Lake

Server was great but but the kitchen staff definitely got overwhelmed at one point as food was coming out at completely separate times than the rest of the table and it took a really long time to get our appetizers. Definitely seemed like a management issue.

Most of the time I love ordering from here, but today on 9/25 at 11:30 pm I tried to place an order for pickup. I was told that they are closed at 11:00 and they’ve been closing at that time for 2 years now. That is false. The website says 12am and if that is incorrect it needs to be changed. Anyways it wasn’t that long ago that I was here and I placed an order around the same time. Didn’t seem closes to me considering I walked out with food.

The worst service i ever experienced. We were party of 4, and 2 already finished their meal before other 2 got their food. On top of that i had to ask for the food i ordered because just part of what i ordered was brought. I would have been charged for food i never received if i didn't ask multiple times for it.Waitress was friendly, not sure what happened but I'm very disappointed and will not be back to this place.Ps.When asked front staff about patio sitting they had no clue even if they have patio...Sounds like poor management and lack of training.

This was my last experience at this establishment. I brought my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter to what turned out to be the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. We got there at 4:45 and ordered some food, my granddaughter got her food out first and had no complaints but the **** Mary was so salty and flavored so poorly that we had to send it back. 40 minutes later we finally got the rest of the food which consisted of 10 wings. And then after we finished the wings I had to physically hunt down the waitress to get the bill. She could not process the bill but the manager had left the building so she had no way to process it. We finally left at 6:15.I don't even know what to say except I will never dine in there again

It was good. We went right before it got busy. Got slammed while we were in there. Not enough waitresses per section. Received our bill and waited quite some time while the waitress was chatting with another one to pay. Food was good and mostly quickly received.
