Bidra med feedbackI have tried to decide what adjectives used for our dinner. I've been on spectacular, and even that doesn't make it right. it's expensive, but it's worth it. no exaggeration to call it one of the best dinners we ever had. I don't fully understand the setup. it is located in the alamar beach club in la cruz de huanacaxtle. I think most of the shops are made about high-end use. because the restaurant was almost empty. the atmosphere in the beach club is very beautiful. there is no set menu. they tell the chef how they like and reject, and then the chef works his magic, based on what he bought on the market this day. my wife had 3 courses and she is more on the vegetarian side. I had 5 courses, and I'm open for pretty much everything, but for a few took off. first they can't count. as besides the set number of curses (in our case, 3 and 5)...you also get a starter, apéritif and a dessert...and they give them a drink when they go in the door. every cure was presented beautifully, in just the right pace and was absolutely delicious. it is worth not to describe what we had. because every meal, depending on the preference of the diner and which ingredients the cook has in this night. it was a little disturbing, initially not to know exactly what we wanted to eat until they brought it to our table. but a pleasant surprise after another only increases the experience. it is a secret why there were no more people in the restaurant. for example, because it is very expensive according to Mexican standards...with 3 curses at $65 usd and 5 curses at $75 USD...plus drinks. but if they are looking for a really special meal, this is the place. we are annual holidaymakers in the opposite (in real del mar, which is almost next door)...but after the discovery of casianos this year. it is definitiw at the top of the “go to” list next year.
We had a spectacular meal with a scenery of harbour lights, palms and crashing waves. this is a very special place and a scandal that it appears undiscovered. we were the only diners on a Saturday night. the food was excellent; they get what the cook found on the market and the personal charming. the courses could have been a bit slower, but otherwise this was a great place.
What an excellent new location, right on the beach, beautiful decor and continuing delivering great food and service. Highly recommended.
We were staying in punta mita and our concierge at our hotel recommended we try the spontaneous concept. No menu multi course sounded great to me. From the second you arrive you feel the warm welcome. Our waiter met us at the autolobby and escorted...us inside. My wife and I chose the 5 course meal. We left stuffed, barely made it through dessert. The price isn 't cheap but definitely reflects the service and food you receive. Definitely a don 't miss!
We have been there 3 times and every time has been great. We do the 5 course and spend the evening there. The plates are flawless in preparation and served the same way. Going back in March and going to try their catering the fist...night in so we don't have to scramble unpacking and going out to eat. Excellent! A real sleeper, never anyone but us when we have gone there. Not cheap but you do get what you pay for.
