Bidra med feedbackAs always, I prioritized the food: I ordered pho with high expectations for a clear broth and genuine flavors, without any artificial elements to detract from its natural taste. The herbs, especially the fresh bean sprouts, lime, and mint (not basil), were top-notch. Yen Linh delivered on all fronts. I especially appreciated how quickly my meal arrived because serving fresh beef promptly is crucial for the quality of pho. I highly advise against ordering pho for takeout unless all ingredients are packaged separately, which can be a hassle and not very environmentally friendly—so dining in is definitely the way to go. While there are other competitive Vietnamese restaurants nearby, I chose Yen Linh based on recommendations, and I'll be returning. They offer a selection of alcoholic beverages, including both Western and Asian beers. The interior is simple, featuring basic laminate tables and chairs, but it works just fine. Next time, I’ll share my thoughts on the sandwiches and fried dishes, both integral parts of Vietnamese cuisine that add to the rich options available in Adelaide, not to mention the many seafood dishes on the menu. The service is quick and attentive, likely due to family members of the owner helping during busy times. I didn’t visit the restroom or inquire about amenities like high chairs or booster seats, but the billing process was standard, and they accept a variety of payment methods. The ambiance feels like a typical suburban spot, reminiscent of a mall eatery, with parking conveniently located just a few meters from the entrance. It's also easy to take out all the delicious food.
I’ve had the best pho broth here, without a doubt. The staff is friendly, and there’s a great selection of drinks. The prices are very fair and reasonable, making it a perfect spot for students like me who could eat here often. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves pho!
