Rice N Spice - Croydon

Curries were always good here when the restaurant was called Rice n Spice but since the change of name and menu the food is possibly even better with an eye on the fresh ingredients, herbs and spices. Now they definitely stand out from the crowd for exquisite flavours and excellence. I highly recommend a visit even if it is a bit off the beaten track, a really nice place to eat out with friends or a special occasion. Delicious.

This is a fabulous Indian restaurant. We use them regularly for take aways and like to eat at the restaurant when we have friends round. The food is delicious and with several dishes that are not usually seen in indian restaurant so a nice variety. Excellent service from friendly staff and as it is non-licensed you can buy your beer or wine from the nearby convenience store and enjoy a very good value meal. Easy parking too

Have tried this restaurant twice once with a group of four in the restaurant and once ordering a takeaway. Food was superb both times. Most of the dishes are mild but you can ask for them to be prepared spicier. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dined in the restaurant. Absolutely gorgeous Indian food, beautifully presented and tasted amazing not as heavy as Indian food often is. There's no license, so you take your own alcohol, which is great in my opinion as that makes it a really affordable night out. Staff were lovely too. A hidden gem!

Very welcoming, lovely staff and excellent food with some great 'specials '. They will also adjust the spices to your taste. It is also BYO for alcohol. ther is a convenient shop nearby!
