Borruso's - Crows Nest

You can probably find the best vegan pizza in Crows Nest here. The wood-fired pizzas are really delicious. I tried the vegan veggie, tandoori, and potato pizzas, all of which were amazing. The staff is very friendly and the delivery is quick. This is our go-to spot for vegan pizza in the area. The vegan gnocchi is also good, but the portion size is fairly small. I would skip the vegan cheesecake.

I absolutely adored the tandoori flower pizza. It was incredibly delicious, with delightful floral toppings that were perfectly crispy, and the vegan cream cheese was simply divine.

We opted for takeout before our yoga class. The restaurant offers a wide selection of vegan dishes including wraps, salads, and desserts. We ordered the Tandoori Cauliflower pizza and sweet potato gnocchi, both of which were tasty and came in generous portions. The service was quick and the staff happily accommodated our request to use our own plastic containers. The restaurant was bustling on a Saturday night. We plan on returning to try the vegan cheesecake.

Really enjoyed food at Borrusos, the vegan food is quite nice, recommend the Penne Fungo. The dessert was really good and the owner/manager was really friendly. Great place to visit

Was quite excited to have seen that they had a vegan menu at Borruso 's and wanted to give it a try! I had the potato vegan pizza and to be quite honest, was underwhelmed. It was bland and boring with minimal toppings... My dad wanted to try the pumpkin gnocchi but was told by the waiter that they didn 't stock any of the special vegan cream so it wasn 't an option. He didn 't provide us with any alternative which I thought strange so I suggested that he could have it without the cream? We then asked if there was another option to the gnocchi and the waiter bluntly replied yes, it would be non vegan but did not outline what, in fact, this option would be. When we did inquire into an alternative, with ourselves having to suggest to the waiter: instead of the cream, we could have it with a napolitana sauce? When the meal arrived, it was simply napolitana sauce with gnocchi no pumpkin and cheese on top. Very disappointing and underwhelming.
