Bidra med feedbackGreat place to have some fun after a long day and eating is good and the crew is very friendly
Says they’re open until 0300 but here I am at *midnight and the all the doors are locked plus I see patrons inside… which is illegal by the way.
One visit only, so far. It seemed very noisy inside due to the setup of the building. Food wasn't anything spectacular but maybe had it on a bad day?
Lots of TV's. Food is great. You must try their perch!! It's the best in town and plenty of it. Food portions are always generous.
My girlfriend and I came here to give it a shot, as our house is really close. I was hoping that we found a good place to get American Cuisine and maybe a good drink. We entered the joint and seated ourselves. We were greeted and told we would be helped in a moment. It was a very long wait to be seen again and even retrieve menus. The waitress took our drink order. I ordered a Diet Soda and a Lime Margarita On The Rocks. We still didn’t receive a menu at this point. It’s unfortunate, because we could have had our food order in after receiving our drinks. It took quite awhile from sitting down to even ordering our food. It was probably a 40 minute gap. It seemed like everyone at the bar area were given first dibs on service and it reflects bad on them in terms of service. The Diet Soda was pretty good and the Lime Margarita On The Rocks was interesting. At first, I enjoyed it in an odd, delightfully salty flavored type of way. Once you drink about a third, however, the alcohol became very heavy. It seemed as if the lime was just dumped on top and heavily salted for flavor. The bottom just tasted like a giant shot and I drink Margaritas for pleasure and to taste a handcrafted drink, not to get drunk off of. This drink was definitely not for me.I ordered the Social Platter for us as a Starter. It allows you to choose three fried items and two dipping sauces. We chose the Fried Pickles, Mushrooms, and Onion Rings. For the dipping sauces, we chose their House Sauce and Ranch. I ordered the Social House Burger on a Pretzel Bun with Waffle Fries. I ordered the burger as medium rare for the temperature. As time went on, it became very cold, almost as if they shut the furnace off. We weren’t sitting right next to the door, so I know that wasn’t the case. The smell of smoke is also very visible here, so if you can’t handle the smell of smoke or have bad asthma, dining here really is not for you!The food took about 50 minutes to arrive! They brought our Starter out with our entrees. What a shame! The Fried Pickles were okay at best. The fried batter on them seemed to be falling right off the pickles. I’d say they were on the crusty side. The Onion Rings were average. Their House Sauce tasted exactly like the Ranch Sauce. They served my burger with curly fries. So, they swapped my girlfriend and I’s fries. That was sloppy. My burger came with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, and Onions. The Pretzel Bun didn’t seem to match the size of the burger and the temperature of the patty seemed to be rare. The patty crumbled as I handled it and I was without bun towards the end of the burger. The burger was just okay, but that’s probably because I was so dang hungry and waited so long. The Curly Fries that were wrongly given to me were pretty good. The Waffle Fries were not good and seemed undercooked a bit. I’m pretty glad they mixed our fries up. I asked for BBQ Sauce and that was pretty good with the fries. The service was friendly and she was apologetic for being busy. That doesn’t give the establishment a valid excuse for serving their patrons poorly, though. We waited way too long for each segment of our dining experience. I feel our table was neglected more than others and the bar was given first priority in my opinion.Overall, I didn’t care for the environment at all. The food didn’t make up for the wait, either. If you’re truly tempted to try this place, I’d recommend just picking your order up, if they do pickup orders.
