Very friendly staff. The owner served us our food. We had seafood gumbo and I had blacked catfish with crawfish étouffée. Food was wonderful. Building is modern and kitchen is completely visible which is a major plus. Lots of regulars while we were here. Ignore any bad reviews. Seriously. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We enjoyed breakfast at The Rice Palace this morning. My husband ordered the ham cheese omelet and it was a well served and very hearty breakfast. I enjoyed the breakfast wrap with the tortilla on the side. The combination of egg, bacon, cheeses, grilled onions and bell pepper with grits was awesome! I even ordered a side of biscuits also! Love it! I truly recommend it to anyone who enjoys great food for a reasonable price. Food: 5

So disappointed, had my little brother pick me up a bowl of gumbo because I am sick in bed with the flu. Gumbo came with no meat!!!! Make sure you check your food before leaving the restaurant because they will short you. Not a single sausage or sliver of chicken. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

You call this a Gumbo bowl. Really Rice palace. Once I put my rice in the juice start to over flow. You definitely do not get your money worth over here. Me and my crew will not be back. #moremoneylessfood. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1

We order gumbo and the food was more like rice and gravy. The waitress who served us was nice towards us then she went and talk about us behind our backs to her co-workers. We waited for an hour for our food to come and the prices for the food was not worth the quality of our food. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The menu is also not the prices for the food.
