Kirsti Ferguson, what you’ve written is frankly quite misleading. The franchisee wasn't present yesterday; I am the manager. It is deeply disrespectful for someone to post such a review online, attempting to harm a business that I have worked hard to build over the past five months. I have reported this rating to Google, and I urge everyone to overlook it. We have a fantastic team here, and I will not tolerate any disrespect towards our work. What a transformation! Since the restaurant came under new management a few months ago, the service has improved immensely. My pizza and sides were delivered quickly and were piping hot when the driver opened the bag. I will definitely be ordering again! Five stars!
