Cancun Mexican Main St - Crossville

This is a hard review to leave. My girlfriend has really loved this place where I avoided it. But over the last several trips the food and service has really went downhill, which is sad to say. And sad to say that we are now looking for a new Mexicanjoint. Based on my last experience alone id leave one star but i gave it an extra one cause it used to be good. When it comesto the service... it took forever to get someone to our table. We had our chips and salsa timely but couldn't get anyone'sattention to get salt. Then we had to ask two different times and took forever. They wanted our drinks, appetizers order andmain dish all at one time. We wanted to wait a min for our food. Now they were busy that night but didn't look thatbusy. Drinks took forever to get to us, we couldn't even get them by the time we nibbled down all the chips, sweating from thespicier salsa we asked for. Then they were kinda out of whack on the flavor. The food, ugh the food. We ordered the combo 5 toshare. It was a chalupa and a Chile relleno. It had a side of beans with it. The beans on the other side of the plate tasteddifferent from the one. Everything was super watered down too. They had a traditional style chalupa but tasted and felt likeunfried wheat tortilla almost expired. We did what we could to Choke it down. Just sucks that we've seen it go so far downhill.

STAFF IS EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE TO ANYONE WORKING DOOR DASH !!!! THEY DO NOT TREAT US FAIR!! YOU WOULDN?T EVEN BE MAKING THAT SALE IF IF WASN?T FOR US DASHERS!! I HAVE TO PLACE THE ORDER MYSELF-NOT A HUGE DEAL BUT INCONVENIENT NONE THE LESS. BUT HOWABOUT HAVING SOME MANNERS OR ANY BIT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TOWARD US??!!! I am NEVER rude to anyone when I come there,always have manners! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN THE PPL WHO TREAT US LIKE DIRT HERE HAVE TO STRUGGLE TOMAKE IT. MAYBE YAL WILL BECOME MORE HUMBLE!! AWFUL AWFUL PLACE!!! I WILL NEVER HELP MAKE YAL MONEY EVER EVER AGAIN ILL REFERROMOS THATS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD TO EVERYONE!!! PLUS ROMOS FOOD IS WAYYYYYYYYYYY BETTER NOT A RIP OFF!!!!

Fantastic authentic tacos beans and rice. Really surprised me

The plate was hot the meal was not...bland bland bland... guacamole no garlic no cilantro? Just too big a serving for the dish....only supposed to come with one side not both? Bland , cold ....
