Wendy's - Crossing

My daughter had to pay to use the bathroom...who does that to a child?? Shame on you!

When in doubt Wendy's is a safe fast food bet. Located across from the Copley Plaza. I grabbed some lunch, sat outside and watched the skateboarding.

Agonizingly, unbelievably slow service. Pictured are all employees with their back to customers, a common sight in this location. Short or long line makes no difference, it takes ages to get food. You'll also notice the employee Angela without a mask on, in direct violation of the local mask mandate. Do not be sucked in by the low prices and mobile offers, do not come here. I ordered ahead on mobile thinking it would shorten my wait, but instead it caused 10 minutes of confusion as I was passed from one staff member to the next, none of whom could locate my food or recall my order. If I hadn't already spent the money I would have left out of frustration.

This is an okay place the only Wendy's around that I'm aware of. The last time I was there there was a cashier with a language barrier and she seemed to get frustrated when I did not understand her, I was equally frustrated on my end not understanding what she was trying to tell me. The food was good, temperature good and the place was clean. Not a regular stop for me, it's a place I go into now and then. I'm not really a meat eater so I usually get a baked potato or fries and a coffee. Really wish they had friendlier staff who was able to speak the language that I understand, which is English.

Standard food as usual. I love their spicy chicken everything. Beef cheese burgers are good too. The best part is their BOGO deals which appear once in every few months.
