Always had good experiences at this location but this morning I got an iced mocha with one pump of hazlenut and it’s changing my life, whoever was on bar you ate slayed serving barista u COOKED on this mocha thank u so

The muesli was delicious, the space is beautiful. Unfortunately, the service couldn’t care less. I asked for a coffee to dine in, and they made it to go, and then it just sat on the counter without anyone calling it out or any attempt to deliver it. When I asked at the counter about my coffee, they just shrugged. I know it’s hard to find help, and don’t know the solution or management practices, just thought they should know.
