Bidra med feedbackOn April 15th 2024, I chose to dine at this restaurant for lunch at 12pm. As soon as I entered I was asked to present a license for my guide dog. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which is federal law, I am not required to present any form of identification, and I let the restaurant know that she was my guide dog and that they could remove us if she misbehaved. After, I relented to show a card provided to me by the guide dog organization. Despite this, I was still refused service and found another place to enjoy lunch at. It is really unfortunate to have been denied service simply because I need a guide dog to help me navigate safely. I have never in my life been subject to such blatant discrimination. I have reached out to some local agencies hoping to require some sort of discrimination training.
Decent lunch place. The regular menu items seemed a tad pricey, but the lunch specials were tasty and well priced.
