Sheffield's - Cromwell

Your Tex Mex Omelette and Breakfast Tacos are good. You seem to use olive oil (avocados have been dipped in olive oil), but if you like it, it is great. Beautiful tram stop right on the highway.

Breakfast! Had the Big Cromwell breakfast and it was gigantic. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 pancakes and ash browns. Everything was fantastic. Eggs boiled perfectly, bacon crispy, hash browns carved exactly right, pancakes as big as the dish were light and fluffy. Coffee was okay and not too hot, but that was the only drawback. Diner was super busy, but the service time was very fast. Great place for breakfast!

What can I say it's the Cromwell Diner and it has a large menu. If you can't find something good to eat you aren't looking at the menu. The waitress was nice and she was very busy but handled our order perfectly. Good comfort food at a good price and nice and clean.

The first time my wife and I ate here was by accident. The food, prices and service is acceptable. We live in Milford and we were so pleased that we drove for another hour just so to try it again and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend.
