Oyama Japanese - Cromwell

I've been to Hibachi Grills many times, and each visit feels unique due to the different styles of the chefs. This particular grill stands out because the cooking surface is much higher than the table, which is much better than many other places. While the prices are on the higher side, the food is excellent. Plus, the portion sizes are generous, so diners definitely get their money's worth and have plenty of food to enjoy.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and they served authentic pickled ginger. The hibachi was fantastic! Our chef was a young man, and his hibachi performance was charming—I couldn't stop laughing! The restaurant is well-equipped for larger hibachi groups, but even if you're just a small gathering, they still provide a hibachi experience. It's a great place to visit if you find yourself waiting for a few hours while getting your windshield replaced.
