Mcdonald's - Cromwell

McDonald's in Cromwell is a convenient stop for a quick meal or snack. During our visit, we met with a friend and enjoyed a snack. Although this is not our usual McDonald's location, it is conveniently located near various shopping opportunities such as Stop and Shop, Dollar Tree, ShopRite, and Walmart. The parking lot is tight and can be busy, especially with trucks stopping for a break or meal. The restaurant itself is typical of McDonald's with friendly service and inexpensive, predictable food. While it may not be the choice for those looking for a gourmet or healthy meal, it serves its purpose of providing quick and affordable food with a smile. We decided to eat in our cars, with plenty of room to dine comfortably and a few window seats available. The traffic in the area can be challenging, so plan ahead for a smoother visit. Overall, it was a good experience at this McDonald's location, and with a bit of planning, you can make the most of your visit.

The service was incredibly quick and the staff were very friendly. Despite the busy morning rush, I was able to go through the drive-thru and receive my order in less than 60 seconds. The service was excellent overall.

Just as everywhere else, the new generation has no sense of urgency and the cost of the products you sell are much too expensive. For $2more, I can make a real cheeseburger with frits or salad and his so much healthier. Great disappointment for a food chain that does not all start so healthy, less healthier and more expensive

Fried were crispy and hot per my request. Fish filet was hot, fresh and delicious Great job!! Thank you
