Jimmy John's - Crofton

I came five times through the ride. Four out of five, I got a napkin. The fifth I didn't get. What should I do with a napkin? Then I'm sorry, but can I have a few napkins to go with my Italian nightclub hot pepper Mayo oiled sub/chips? I got an extra single napkin. Please for the LOVE of sub's we can please have some napkins with our sub's so we can enjoy them properly. Much appreciated love, a dedicated Jimmy Johns lover and former worker of the chain. Update 05/15/20 no napkins again. Do not order an Italian nightclub tomato hot peppers and a medium coke. This place is close to home and my daughter likes it, but they almost never get an order right. It's shameful, because Jimmy John is usually great!

They've gone to this place a few times and sometimes Subs had done wrong. Easy to see. Tonight was the worst experience. From thick full wheat bread, short very slow line, and did not even get the bacon I asked to add and was loaded.

Jimmy John's advertise themselves as being fast. They are slow as molasses. While waiting for my food at drive thru window, I observed the person making the sandwich with gloves, touch his headphone and then continue making the sandwich. He should have changed his gloves. I am thankful this wasn't my sandwich. Afraid to go back here because of no safety practices.

Really fast and delicious subs.... way better than Firehouse subs in Laurel, Maryland...
